Terms of Service
Effective date: March 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using any itincai service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
2. Services
itincai provides Agentic AI engineering services, MLOps tooling, e-commerce solutions, software development, and related consulting. Specific deliverables and timelines are defined in individual Statements of Work (“SOW”).
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@itincai.com.
4. Payments and refunds
- All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated
- Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own terms
- Digital products and completed consulting engagements are non-refundable
- Disputes must be raised within 14 days of the charge
5. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you own all custom deliverables produced under an SOW. itincai retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and methodologies incorporated into deliverables, for which you receive a perpetual, royalty-free licence.
6. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public information confidential and to use it only to fulfil obligations under these Terms. This obligation survives termination for 5 years.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our Services to:
- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
- Generate, transmit, or store illegal content
- Conduct automated attacks on third-party systems
- Reverse-engineer our platform
- Exceed rate limits or cause denial-of-service conditions
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, itincai's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
9. Warranties
We warrant that our Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project SOW with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms or Acceptable Use obligations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes are notified by email 14 days in advance.
